Fulbright Visiting Researcher Program for Doctoral Students Now Open

Applications are open for the Fulbright Non-degree Visiting Researcher Program for the 2027–2028 academic year. The program enables doctoral students from Kosovo to conduct research at a U.S. university and advance work related to their doctoral studies.

Priority will be given to applicants enrolled in PhD programs at universities in Kosovo. Applicants studying outside Kosovo must intend to return and contribute to Kosovo following completion of their degree.
