The Fulbright Foreign Student Program brings 4,000 graduate students, early career professionals, and artists from abroad annually to conduct research and study in the United States, and take part in Fulbright seminars where they learn about American culture and volunteer in local communities. The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) brings exceptional undergraduate student leaders from over 60 countries to the United States for a one-semester, non-degree exchange at U.S. higher education institutions to enhance students’ academic knowledge and professional skills and learn about U.S. values and perspectives.
