Each year roughly 850 faculty and professionals from around the world receive Fulbright Scholar grants for advanced research and university lecturing in the United States.

The Fulbright Faculty Development Program model is designed for junior faculty, currently teaching in Kosovo. The goal of the program model is to introduce participants to best practices and theoretical approaches to curriculum development in the U.S.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. The program fosters a mutual exchange of knowledge and understanding about issues of common concern in the United States and the Fellows' home countries.

The Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSIs) for Secondary Educators are intensive post-graduate level academic programs whose purpose is to provide foreign secondary school educators and administrators the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, values, and institutions. The goal of the Institutes is to strengthen curricula and to enhance the quality of teaching about the United States in secondary schools and other academic institutions abroad.

The Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars (SUSIs) are intensive post-graduate level academic programs whose purpose is to provide foreign university faculty and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, values, and institutions. The ultimate goal of the Institutes is to strengthen curricula and to enhance the quality of teaching about the United States at academic institutions abroad.
