The Fulbright Foreign Student Program (Master’s Degree) Competition is Open for the 2027-2028 Academic Year

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program (Master’s Degree) competition for the 2027-2028  academic year is now open!

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program brings citizens of Kosovo to the United States to study for master’s degrees at U.S. universities. The program has brought some of the world’s finest minds to U.S. campuses and offers program participants insight into U.S. society and values.

The 2027-2028 online application for the Fulbright Foreign Student Program (Master’s Degree) is now open and will remain available until June 30, 2026.
