2022 Fulbright Specialist Program Application Deadline Extended

The Fulbright Specialist Program application deadline has been extended to May 5, 2022.

The Fulbright Specialist Program is open for Kosovo host institutions to submit project ideas for qualified U.S. scholars and professionals. The Fulbright Specialist Program provides highly qualified U.S. academics and U.S. professionals whose credentials and experience are at the faculty or full professional level with an opportunity to share their expertise by carrying out projects requested by host institutions. The Fulbright Specialist Program is a part of the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.

Kosovo institutions interested in hosting a Fulbright Specialist in the calendar year 2022 will need to apply directly to World Learning via the online project portal at: https://worldlearning-community.force.com/FSPHost/

For this cycle, while projects will be reviewed in all disciplines by the United States-Kosovo Educational Exchange Board (USKEB), preference will be given to projects in the following priority areas: Climate Change, Cyber Security and IT, Entrepreneurship, Disaster Response, Media Literacy/Countering Disinformation, Public Administration, Public/Global Health, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

For additional information please visit: U.S. Embassy in Kosovo

Prospective host institutions should direct all questions to Program Coordinator Nora Nimani-Musa at nmusa@americancouncils.org or call at +383 38 226 255.

This is a joint program of the U.S. Department of State and the Government of Kosovo.
