The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is Open for the 2026-2027 Academic Year

We are excited to announce that the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program Competition for the 2026-2027 Academic Year is now open for applications.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, a Fulbright exchange, sends accomplished mid-career professionals with demonstrated leadership potential to the United States for a year of graduate-level, non-degree academic coursework and professional development activities. Fellows are nominated based on their potential for leadership and commitment to public service. 

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program was established in 1978 to advance U.S. foreign policy goals through the exchange of mid-career professionals representing over 100 eligible countries from all world regions.  Humphrey Fellows work in critical fields, laying the groundwork for sustained engagement with partner countries to make the U.S. stronger, safer, and more prosperous. 

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program for the 2026-2027 Academic year will be available for applications until July 27, 2025.
